农科类实验室安全管理现状及对策研究

Research on current situation and countermeasures of safety management in agricultural laboratories

对当前农科类实验室的安全管理情况进行了系统的分析,分别从实验室规章制度管理、实验场地安全管理、实验用试剂安全管理、实验人员安全管理4个方面阐述了农科类实验室安全管理的现状,并从健全实验室安全管理制度、构建并严格执行监督检查机制、实验室标准化建设、加强安全培训实践操作力度、增加实验室安全经费投入等方面进行了研究和总结,提出了适应农科类实验室安全管理的对策,为农科类实验室安全管理提供新的思路及方法.

This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of safety management of agricultural laboratories, and expounds upon the current situation of safety management of agricultural laboratories from four aspects such as the laboratory rules and regulations management, laboratory site safety management, laboratory reagent safety management and laboratory personnel safety management. The study and summary on the improvement of laboratory safety management system, the construction and strict implementation of supervision and inspection mechanism, the laboratory standardization construction, the strengthening of safety training practice, the increasing of the investment of laboratory safety funds, etc., are carried out, and some countermeasures to adapt to the safety management of agricultural laboratories are puts forward.
