该文分析了目前高校实验室建设与管理存在的问题,结合"新工科"建设背景,提出高校实验室建设与管理创新模式,即建立多学科交叉融合实验平台、加强实验室建设项目管理以及优化实验室管理模式和运行机制3个方面.结合广东工业大学实践经验,从管理体制、资源利用、协同育人、开放共享、文化建设5个方面探索了"新工科"背景下高校实验室建设与管理体系.

This paper analyses the problems existing in the construction and management of laboratories in colleges and universities. Based on the background of the construction of “New engineering”, it puts forward the innovative model of university laboratory construction and management, namely, establishing a multi-disciplinary experimental platform, strengthening the project management of laboratory construction and optimizing the management model and operation mechanism of laboratories. In combination with the practical experience of Guangdong University of Technology, the university laboratory construction and management system under the background of “New engineering” are explored from five aspects such as the management system, resource utilization, collaborative education, open sharing and cultural construction.
