高校实验室低值易耗品和耗材的“一站式”管理探索

Exploration on “One-stop” management of low-value consumables and consumable materials in university laboratories

低值易耗品和耗材价值低、数量大、品种多,在高校物资管理中面临与固定资产截然不同的问题,该文针对高校实验室低值易耗品和耗材的特点及管理难点,从组织、制度和技术3个层面进行了分析,提出优化组织职能、规范管理制度、提升技术手段,开发"低值易耗品和材料采购管理系统",打破物资与财务、科研、行政之间的管理壁垒,实现互联互通的"一站式"管理模式.

Low-value consumables and consumable materials have low value, large quantity and big varieties, and they are facing different problems from fixed assets in university materials management. In view of the characteristics and management difficulties of low-value consumables and consumable materials in university laboratories, this paper makes an analysis from three aspects of the organization, system and technology and it is proposed to optimize organizational functions, standardize management systems and enhance technical means, develop the “Low-value consumables and consumable materials procurement management system”, break down management barriers between materials and finance, scientific research and administration, and realize the “One-stop” management mode of interconnection and interoperability.
