摘要
根据雅砻江两河口水电站500 MW水轮机座环的结构特点,结合小湾、糯扎渡、黄登水电站座环安装施工经验,以及现场焊接变形实时监控及纠偏技术,对座环组装、焊接进行严格质量管控,分析和总结出了座环组装、焊接施工的关键控制点,有效控制了分瓣座环组装、焊接质量,减小了焊接变形,各项控制尺寸优于标准要求,为后续座环的现场组装、焊接提供了技术保障,对同类型水电站水轮机座环现场组装、焊接提供借鉴.
According to the structural characteristics of 500 MW turbine stay ring of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station on the Yalong River, in combination with the installation construction experience gained from Xiaowan, Nuozhadu and Huangdeng Hydropower Stations, as well as real-time monitoring and rectification technology of field welding deformation, strict quality control is performed during stay ring assembling and welding construction, and key control points of stay ring assembling and welding construction are summarized through analysis, thus effectively controlling the assembling and welding quality of split stay ring, reducing welding deformation and making all control dimensions superior to standard requirements, Therefore, technical guarantee is provided for subsequent field assembling and welding of stay ring and reference for field assembling and welding of turbine stay rings of hydropower stations of the same type.
