摘要
《生物化学》课程具有极强的理论性和实验性。对于高职院校的食品、生物、酿酒、制药、环境等轻工类专业来说,《生物化学》是基础性学科。笔者根据《生物化学》课程的特点和应用型人才的培养目标,对《生物化学》的教学模式、考核方式和教师队伍建设方面进行改革,以期提升教学效果,提高学生的学习兴趣,推动教学相长。
The biochemistry course is extremely theoretical and experimental. Biochemistry is a basic subject for light industry majors in higher vocational colleges, such as food, biology, wine making, pharmaceutical environment and so on. According to the characteristics of biochemistry course and the goal of cultivating applied talents in related specialties,the author carries on the reform to the teaching mode,examination mode and the construction of teachers, in order to improve the teaching effect, improve the students' interest in learning and promote the teaching.
