十二指肠上皮样血管肉瘤合并腹腔及上消化道出血1例

Epithelioid angiosarcoma of duodenum: a case with intra-abdominal hemorrhage and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

十二指肠上皮样血管肉瘤发病率极低,容易合并消化道大出血,合并出血者预后凶险,治疗方式以手术切除为主,胰十二指肠切除术是目前最有效的治疗方式,而如何及时诊断及治疗是该病的关键。本文报道1例十二指肠上皮样血管肉瘤合并腹腔及上消化道出血行胰十二指肠切除术。

Epithelioid angiosarcoma of duodenum with an extremely rare incidence is prone to upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, which results in poor prognosis. Pancreatoduodenectomy is the most effective treatment at present, but it is critically important to make a timely and correct diagnosis and find an appropriate therapeutic method. In this article, a case with intra-abdominal hemorrhage and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was dealt with pancreatoduodenectomy.
