以急性胰腺炎起病的十二指肠乳头癌2例报道

Acute pancreatitis as initial symptom of duodenal papillary carcinoma: 2 cases report

十二指肠乳头癌临床少见,而以急性胰腺炎起病者更为罕见。对于急性胰腺炎患者要进一步明确其病因,尤其有胰管、胆管扩张时,需要内镜检查明确十二指肠乳头部有无病变。现将我院2例以急性胰腺炎起病的十二指肠乳头癌报道如下。

Duodenal papillary carcinoma is clinically rare, especially in patients with acute pancreatitis as initial symptom. For patients with acute pancreatitis to further clarify its etiology, especially when the pancreatic and bile ducts are dilated, endoscopy is necessary. Two cases of duodenal papillary carcinoma with acute pancreatitis as initial symptom in our hospital were reported as follows.
