摘要 表面粗糙度对后续涂层质量及有效性有着直接影响。围绕模具钢(钢1. 2738)铣削加工表面粗糙度研究,在铣削过程中通过改变切削参数(切削速度、进给速度、径向切削深度、轴向切削深度),利用田口试验法建立L16正交阵列开展试验。对试验结果的表面粗糙度通过方差分析获得每个参数对表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,径向切削深度、径向和横向切削深度对表面粗糙度影响最大,影响贡献值分别为30%和24%。 Surface roughness has a direct impact on the quality and effectiveness of subsequent coatings.The paper focuses on the surface roughness of milling steel (steel 1.2738). In the milling process, by changing the cutting parameters (cutting speed, feed rate, radial cutting depth, axial cutting depth), the field entrance test method is used to establish L16 orthogonal The array was tested.The surface roughness of the test results was analyzed by analysis of variance to obtain the effect of each parameter on the surface roughness.The results show that the radial cutting depth, radial and transverse depth of cut have the greatest impact on surface roughness, and the contribution values are 30% and 24%, respectively.
