摘要
以安徽省2011-2017年16个地级市的工业数据为依据,采用非径向SBM-C模型测定了安徽省各个城市及皖南、皖北、皖中工业生态效率。结果表明:安徽省工业生态效率总体水平不高,平均工业生态效率只有0. 62;安徽省16个地级市的工业生态效率差距较大;从时空差异来看,安徽省2011-2017年工业生态效率处于递增状态,整体上呈现“皖中>皖北>皖南”的分布特点。基于以上,提出相关的建议。
Based on the industrial data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui province from 2011 to 2017, the non-radial SBM-C model was used to measure the industrial ecological efficiency of each city in the southern, northern and the middle Anhui province.The results show that the overall level of industrial eco-efficiency in is not high and the average industrial eco-efficiency is only 0.62.The industrial eco-efficiency of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui province has a wide gap. From the perspective of space-time differences, the industrial ecological efficiency in Anhui province was in an increasing state from 2011 to 2017, The characteristics of the southern, the northern and the middle region in Anhui are presented as a whole. Based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the efficiency of economy in Anhui.
