摘要
电动叉车由于环保、轻便的优势成为车间首选的运输工具,深受各大行业物流环节的青睐,其中,叉车领域中以电动叉车的发展最为迅速.减速器作为电动叉车驱动装置,其变速稳定性直接影响物料搬运.文章以某型号减速器作为研究载体,由于减速器从动齿轮之间存在间距,使得传动齿轮与从动齿轮之间存在一定时间的无接触状态,导致减速器动力不能稳定输出,影响运输稳定性.为此,在减速器的传动机构中设计一个稳定齿轮,调整齿轮相关参数,缓解传动不稳的问题,解决了物流行业电动叉车搬运货物时剧烈震动的难题,提升电动叉车的使用性能.
Thanks to its environment-friendly and portable advantage,forklift has become a preferred transportation tool in workshop and received praise from all logistics processes. Among them,the development of electric forklift is the most rapid one in the field of forklift. As the actuating device of electric forklift,reducer’s stability of variable speed will directly affect the transportation of materials. In this thesis,it will take the reducer of a certain type as the research object. Due to the space between the driven gears of the reducer,there will be some time of contactless state between the transmission gear and driven gear,which makes the reducer fail to output power stably and affects the stability of transportation. Therefore,to design a stable gear in the driven structure of the reducer and modify the related index of the gear can help to relieve the issue of unstable transmission,solve the difficulty of huge oscillation of electric forklift in logistics industry,and improve the utility of electric forklift.
