摘要 采用三阶段DEA模型和Malmquist指数模型测算2006-2015年除西藏外30省(区、市)煤炭资源利用效率,并通过ESDA方法分析30省(区、市)的空间分布格局。研究表明:①中国整体煤炭资源利用效率水平较低,调整后的综合效率值均值只有0.678,仅有广东省实现有效,其他省(区、市)均有不同程度无效率状态,仍有提升空间;②中国煤炭资源利用效率的Malmquist指数仅为1.012,呈现弱增长的趋势,技术进步效率是煤炭资源利用效率的主要影响因素;③中国煤炭资源利用效率总体呈现正向空间自相关性,出现集聚模式,近邻效应显著,总体呈现出东部>中部>西部的分布格局。 Coal resource utilization was calculated in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities, excluding Tibet) from 2006 to 2015 based on three-stage DEA model and Malmquist index, and the spatial distribution pattern of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) was analyzed by the ESDA method. The research conclusions are: firstly, the overall of coal resource utilization efficiency in China is relatively low, and after adjustment for average values of comprehensive efficiency is only 0.678, meanwhile, only Guangdong Province is effective, other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have different levels of inefficiency, and there is still room for improvement;secondly, Malmquist index of coal resource utilization efficiency in China is only 1.012, showing a weak growth trend, so technical progress is the main influence factors of coal resource utilization;thirdly, coal resource utilization efficiency in China is positive spatial autocorrelation, with aggregating mode and significant next nearest neighbor effect, then distribution pattern is eastern greater than central greater than western.
