摘要
简单序列重复(SSR)标记在甜菜遗传和应用研究中得到了广泛的应用,但在甜菜中应用有限。甜菜是世界上重要的糖料作物之一,因此需要开发更多的SSR标记。本研究对甜菜全基因组中简单重复简单重复序列(SSR)进行了鉴定。甜菜基因组共有174218个SSR位点,平均分布频率为463/MB。在甜菜的SSR序列中,五核昔酸(33. 32%)>三核昔酸(31.80%)>二核昔酸(20. 37%)>六核昔酸(12.51%)>四核昔酸(2. 00%).在所设计的27649对引物中,18274对可以特异性扩增,是SSR标记物的37倍。甜菜中含有SSR的蛋白质编码基因与细胞过程、代谢过程、刺激反应和生物调控有关。我们的研究结果将为进一步开发新的SSR标记提供依据,这些标记在甜菜遗传研究的许多方面具有重要价值。
Simple Sequence Repeat ( SSR) markers have been widely used for genetic and applied research, but it' s limited in Sugar beet. Sugar beet is one of the important sugar crops in the world, thus much more SSR markers should be developed. In this study, genome-wide Single Sequence Repeat ( SSR) in sugar beet were identified. A total of 174 ,218 SSR loci were distributed in the sugar beet genome, with an average distribution frequency of 463 per Mb. Among the SSR sequences of sugar beet, the penta- nucleotides (33. 32%)> tri - nucleotides (31. 80%)> di - nucleotides (20. 37%)> hexa - nucleotides ( 12. 51%)> tetra- nucleotides (2. 00%). Among designed 27649 pairs of primers, 18274 pairs could be specifically amplified, which were 37 times more than developed SSR markers. The protein-coding genes containing SSR in sugar beet were related to cellular process, metabolic process, response to stimulus and biological regulation. Our results will provide basis for further developmentof new SSR markers that have large values for many aspects of genetic study for sugar beet.
