摘要
研究采用随机抽样的方法,从河北承德第一中学南校区、河北民族师范学院附属中学抽取了325名初中学生作为样本,采用《中学生心理素质量表》《状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)》进行测量,并对数据进行统计分析。结果显示:(1)初中生情绪调节能力与S-AI和T-AI存在显著相关;(2)情绪调节能力与学业成就存在显著相关;(3)学业成绩处于中等水平的学生情绪调节能力较差。
In the study, 325 junior high school students were selected from Chengde No. 1 Middle-South Campus of Hebei Province and Affiliated Middle School of Hebei Normal University for Nationalities by random sampling. They were measured by《The Mental Quality Scale for Middle School Students》and 《The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory》(STAI). The data were further analyzed. The results showed that:(1) the ability of regulating emotions of junior high school students was significantly correlated with S-AI and T-AI;(2) the ability of regulating emotions was significantly correlated with learning ability;(3) the ability of regulating emotions of middle school students who’s academic achievement in B and C level were poorer than A and D level.
