美丽乡村建设背景下苏南传统村落农耕文化遗产保护与开发——以常州为例

The Protection and Development of Farming Culture of Traditional Villages in Southern Jiangsu in the Background of the Construction of Beautiful Countryside——A Case Study of Changzhou

农耕文化是中华民族农耕文明的根与魂,在中华文明史上具有重要的历史意义。对常州传统村落农耕文化遗产进行了分类,大致分为遗址类农耕文化遗产、工程类农耕文化遗产、工具类农耕文化遗产、民俗类农耕文化遗产、技术类农耕文化遗产。对常州农耕文化遗产历史价值、经济价值、文化价值、科技价值、旅游价值进行的深入分析,发现常州农耕文化遗产具有独一无二、稀缺无比、形式多样、价值重大等特点。通过调研找出常州农耕文化遗产保护与利用过程中存在的问题,提出常州农耕文化遗产保护与开发的发展模式:农耕文化博物馆模式、创意农耕文化体验园、生态农耕文化观光园、农耕文化主题公园模式等。最后提出常州传统村落农耕文化遗产保护与开发的对策建议。

Farming culture is the root and soul of the Chinese civilization and has important historical significance in the history of China. This paper has classified the farming culture heritage in Changzhou into five groups shown as historical relics, engineering, instrument, folk culture and technique. The in-depth analysis of the historical, economic, cultural, scientific, and tourism values of Changzhou's agricultural cultural heritage has found its multifaceted significance as its uniqueness, scarcity, diversity, and greatness in value. Through investigation and research, the problems existing in the process of protection and utilization of Changzhou agricultural cultural heritage have been found. The protection and development models of Changzhou agricultural cultural heritage has also been proposed including farming culture museum, creative farming culture experience park, ecological farming culture sightseeing park, farming culture theme park, etc. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the protection and development of the traditional village farming cultural heritage in Changzhou are put forward.
