一种改进ViBe的网状织物缺陷检测方法 被引量:4

摘要 针对运动网状织物缺陷难以检测的问题,提出了一种基于改进ViBe的检测方法。首先,通过背景差分法对运动网状织物缺陷分割,进行背景建模。其次,利用HSV色彩空间变换滤除阴影。最后,采用OSTU阈值算法找出目标分割的最优阈值,从而检测出运动网状织物缺陷。实验结果表明:与其他运动目标检测算法相比,改进的ViBe算法在运动网状织物缺陷检测时效果良好,检测速度较快,能够适应不同场景。同时,与混合高斯模型、ViBe算法相比,改进ViBe算法的精确率分别提高了3.4%和9.6%,召回率分别提高了1.2%和4.5%。 A moving object detection algorithm with improved ViBe is proposed to solve motion mesh fabric defects. Firstly,the background model is bulit to segment the defects by background difference method. Then,shadows are filtered out by the use of HSV color space transforming. Finally,an optimal threshold of the object segmentation is found to detect defects by using OSTU threshold algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved ViBe algorithm can be adapted to different scenes compared with other similar algorithms,and the detection speed is faster and the effect is better. At the same time,compared with the Gaussian mixture model and the ViBe algorithm,the precision of the improved ViBe algorithm increases by 3.4% and 9.6% respectively,and the recall rate increases by 1.2% and 4.5% respectively.
