摘要
根据“中国城市创新竞争力排行榜”前16城市(以直辖市及省会城市为主)的创新创业环境融合现状,构建包括经济发展及政府支持、产业发展和创新创业成效等7个维度的指标体系;利用模糊集定性比较分析方法探索“环境-成效”非对称关系的提升路径。结果表明:4种不同类型的城市中“一线城市”产业发展水平高,宜遵循“多方优势型”提升路径;教育型主导的创新城市要发挥政府支持作用和科教人才优势,寻求“科教驱动型”提升路径;老牌工业城市要注重产业与市场融合升级,走出一条“供需协同型”的提升路径;人力与市场短板型城市,要大力招商引资、发展园区经济,坚持走“生态集聚型”道路。
Based on the status of environmental integration about some cities in China′s urban innovation rankings top 16(municipalities and provincial capitals are selected),a seven-dimension index system is constructed,including economic development and government support,industrial development,and the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship. By applying the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method,the promotion path of the asymmetric relationship between “environmental-efficiency” is explored,and the efficient path of “innovation and entrepreneurship” environment integration for different types of cities is found. The results show that the “first-tier cities” industry has a high level of development,and it is advisable to take the multi-advantage path,that the education-oriented innovative cities should play the role of government support and the advantages of science and education talents,and explore the path of science and education-driven path,that the old industrial cities should pay attention to the integration and upgrading of industry and market,and match the path of supply and demand coordination,and that the short-board cities with manpower and market should vigorously attract investment,develop the park economy,and adhere to the ecological agglomeration path.
