电导率在活性染料染棉搭桥上的应用

摘要 随着针织内衣外穿的趋势,消费者对于针织品的色泽和染色牢度的要求越来越高,纯棉织物采用活性染料染色已占较大比例。活性染料具有良好的色牢度和匀染性能,但活性染料自身也存在一些不足,如对温度、碱剂的敏感性较大,染色重现性差,固色率相对较低,色牢度不尽人意等,本研究将通过实验阐述电导率在活性染料染棉搭桥上的应用,规避可预见性问题,达到良好的染色效果。 With the trend of intimates out-wearing,there aroused more and more higher requirement for color brightness and color fastness from customer in knitting fabric.Reactive dyestuff process has been taken up much of production in cotton business.Reactive dyestuff has much better performance on color fastness to washing and level dyeing,while there are some issues happened to it.For example,it is very sensitive to temperature and alkaline,poor performance on reproducibility,relatively lower color fastness fixing rate,not so much satisfactory for other item of color fastness,and so on.This articles is mainly to explain how the electrical conductivity make function on blind dyeing during cotton reactive dyeing process,avoiding some potential issue,attaining the best effect on dyeing.
