摘要
本研究把顾客满意度引入到品牌服装企业,对顾客满意度理论进行阐述和分析,根据国内外顾客满意度的现状,分析影响顾客满意度的因素,了解服装企业的顾客满意度情况,并提出一些策略来提高服装企业的顾客满意度。
By introducing customer satisfaction into brand apparel enterprises,this paper elaborates and analyses the theory of customer satisfaction.Then,according to the current situation of customer satisfaction at home and abroad,the factors affecting customer satisfaction are analyzed,and the customer satisfaction of garment enterprises is analyzed,Some strategies are put forward to improve customer satisfaction of garment enterprises.
