The Importance of Liver in Treatment of Gynecological Diseases

妇科疾病主要发生在足厥阴肝经循行的部位,生理上女子以肝为先天,肝的疏泄和藏血功能失常是妇科经、带、胎、产等疾病产生的病理基础。《金匮要略》妇人篇尤其重视从肝辨证治疗妇科疾病,现代研究表明妇科疾病与肝的关系密切,临床上以肝立法遣方治疗妇人病疗效显著。

Gynecological diseases mainly occur in the parts along the liver meridian of foot jueyin. Physiologically,the liver is the most important part for women,liver dredging and blood-hiding dysfunction are the pathological basis of gynecological diseases such as menstruation,leucorrhea,pregnancy and childbirth. The women’s chapter of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber pays special attention to the treatment of gynecological diseases based on liver syndrome differentiation. Clinically,modern studies have shown that gynecological diseases are closely related to the liver. The prescription of liver legislation is effective in treatment of gynecological diseases.
