川芎嗪联合3D打印技术对脑动脉瘤夹闭术后疗效及脑血管痉挛的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Oxazide Combined with 3D Printing on Postoperative Cerebral Aneurysm Clipping and Cerebral Vasospasm

摘要 目的观察川芎嗪注射液联合3D打印技术对脑动脉瘤夹闭术后疗效及脑血管痉挛的影响。方法选取我院脑动脉瘤患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组患者采用川芎嗪注射液联合3D打印治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗,比较两组的疗效及脑血管痉挛的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS评分、大脑中动脉平均血流速度Vm均下降(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分、大脑中动脉平均血流速度Vm低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组脑血管痉挛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液联合3D打印技术对脑动脉瘤术后疗效较好,能明显地改善神经功能,降低大脑中动脉平均血流速度,进而减少脑血管痉挛的发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of ligustrazine injection combined with 3D printing on the curative effect and cerebral vasospasm after cerebral aneurysm clipping. Methods 63 cases of patients with cerebral aneurysms were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with ligustrazine injection combined with 3D printing,and control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The curative effect and the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);the NIHSS score and the mean blood flow velocity Vm of the middle cerebral artery decreased (P<0.05);the NIHSS score and the mean blood flow velocity Vm of the middle cerebral artery were lower in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05);the incidence of cerebral vasospasm in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine injection combined with 3D printing has good effect on cerebral aneurysm,which can improve neurological function,reduce the average blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery,and reduce the incidence of cerebral vasospasm.
