玉屏风颗粒结合咳喘方穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期临床研究

Clinical Study of Yupingfeng Granule Combined with Kechuan Prescription Acupoint Application in Treatment of Childhood Asthma in Remission Stage

目的观察玉屏风颗粒结合中药咳喘方穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法选取湖北省荆州市中医院儿科门诊支气管哮喘缓解期患儿110例,随机分为对照组55例和观察组55例。对照组给予辅舒酮吸入治疗,观察组给予玉屏风颗粒结合中药咳喘方穴位敷贴治疗,治疗3个月评估临床疗效、呼出一氧化氮(FeNO)分值的变化及药物不良反应,比较两组患者治疗前后1年中的哮喘发作次数、急诊次数和住院次数。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.36%,显著优于对照组的83.64%(P<0.05);FeNO分值较对照组显著下降(P<0.01);1年内患儿哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院次数均明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论玉屏风颗粒结合中药咳喘方穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期能有效控制气道炎症,减少疾病的复发,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with Kechuan prescription acupoint application in treatment of childhood asthma in remission stage. Methods 110 cases of children with asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. Control group was given fluconazole inhalation therapy;observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granule combined with Kechuan prescription acupoint application. The clinical efficacy,changes of FeNO score and adverse drug reactions were evaluated after 3 months of treatment. The number of asthma attacks,emergencies and hospitalization in 1 year of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 96.36%,which was significantly better than that of control group 83.64%(P<0.05);the FeNO score was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01);the number of asthma attacks,emergencies and hospitalizations of children in 1 year were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with kechuan prescription acupoint application can effectively control airway inflammation and reduce the recurrence of diseases in remission stage of childhood asthma,with significant clinical effect.
