柴胡疏肝散配合推拿手法治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Massage Manipulation in Treatment of Lactation Acute Mastitis

目的观察柴胡疏肝散配合手法治疗对哺乳期急性乳腺炎早期患者临床症状改善及相关炎症指标的影响。方法将60例哺乳期急性乳腺炎早期患者用随机数字表格法分为中医组与西医组各30例,中医组采用柴胡疏肝散配合手法治疗,西医组则给予口服抗菌药物和吸奶器吸奶治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)等实验室指标的变化及不良反应。结果中医组治疗总有效率显著高于西医组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1周后两组中医症候积分、WBC、 CRP、PCT水平均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且中医组治疗1周后上述指标均明显低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散配合手法治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎安全有效。

Objective To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with massage on the improvement of clinical symptoms and related inflammatory indexes of early lactation patients with acute mastitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with early lactation acute mammitis were divided into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group and western medicine group, 30 cases in each group. TCM group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with massage manipulation;western medicine group was given oral antimicrobial drugs and breast pump pumping. The clinical curative effect,white blood cell count (WBC) and c-reactive protein (CRP),calcitonin (PCT) and the change of the laboratory indexes of the two groups and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of TCM group was significantly higher than that in western medicine group (P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment,the TCM syndrome score,WBC,CRP and PCT levels of the two groups were significantly decreased after 1 week of treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), and the above indicators in TCM group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with massage is safe and effective in treatment of acute mastitis in lactation.
