基于数据挖掘技术对《圣济总录》中治疗头痛方剂的用药规律分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Medication Rules of Prescriptions for Headache in General Records of Holy Universal Relief Based on Data Mining

摘要 目的应用中医传承辅助平台软件,分析《圣济总录》中治疗头痛方剂的用药规律。方法按照纳入标准收集《圣济总录》中治疗头痛的方剂并录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对录入方剂进行性味归经、用药频次、用药规律以及药物间关联度的分析。结果通过筛选,《圣济总录》中治疗头痛方剂共466首,包含药物305味。(1)药性以寒温为主,药味以辛、甘、苦为主,主要入肺、脾、胃、心、肝、肾经;(2)使用频次≥35(1%)的药物32味;(3)支持度个数≥23(5%)的药物组合35对,基于关联规则置信度≥0.6的药物组合11对;(4)关联系数>0.015的药对30对。结论分析《圣济总录》中治疗头痛方剂的用药规律,对临床辨证治疗头痛具有指导意义。 Objective To analyze the medication rules of prescriptions for headache in General Records of Holy Universal Relief by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). Methods Collect the prescriptions of headache in General Records of Holy Universal Relief according to the inclusion criteria,and log them into TCMISS. Data mining integrated with software was used to analyze the properties and tastes,meridian tropism,medication frequency,medication rule and drug correlation. Results 466 prescriptions for headache were collected in General Records of Holy Universal Relief, including 305 drugs.①The drug properties is mainly cold and warm. Tastes of drug are mainly hot,sweet and bitter. These drugs mainly belong to lungs,spleen,stomach,heart,liver and renal meridian;②32 drugs with frequency ≥35(1%);③35 pairs of drug combinations with support ≥23(5%),and 11 pairs of drug combinations with confidence ≥0.6 based on association rules.④30 pairs of drugs with correlation coefficient > 0.015. Conclusion It is instructive to syndrome differentiation and treatment with headache in clinical by analyzing the medication rule of the headache prescriptions in General Records of Holy Universal Relief.
