摘要
医务社会工作快速发展,形成了内部嵌入与外部合作两种不同的发展模式。文章分析了两种模式的生成机制,并从外部表征、与医院关系、运作方式的维度比较了两种模式的优劣。在此基础上,提出未来医务社会工作应结合内部嵌入与外部合作两种发展模式的优点,迈向融合发展,为医院社会工作发展提供建议与参考。
The rapid development of medical social work has resulted in two different modes of development,which were internal embeddedness and external cooperation.The generating mechanism of these two modes was analyzed.And their advantages and disadvantages were comparatively studied from the dimensions of external representation,relationship with hospital and operation mode.Based on which,it is suggested that the advantages of these two modes should be combined and integrated to promote the development of hospital social work.
