摘要 目的:实施混合式教学提升护理学生的综合能力,培养护理本科人才。方法:2018年7月随机选取实施混合式教学的某护理学院750名一至三年级本科生为研究对象,实施量表调查学生的评判性思维和核心能力,与1年前的调查结果进行比较。结果:不同年级的学生在评判性思维方面有差异(P<0.05),二年级学生核心能力好于三年级学生(P<0.05);纵向比较,二、三年级学生的评判性思维有改善(P<0.05),三年级学生的领导能力有提升(P<0.05)。结论:完善混合式教学,提升学生的综合能力,培养社会需要的护理本科人才。 Objective To implement blended learning, improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, and cultivate nursing undergraduate talents. Methods 750 undergraduates implemented blended teaching from freshmen to juniors in a nursing college were recruited randomly as the research objects and investigated their critical thinking and core competence with the scales in July 2018, and the results were compared longitudinally with those of one year ago. Results The CTDI-CV score revealed a statistically significant difference of students of different grades in critical thinking dispositions aspects(P<0.05). The core competence of sophomores was better than juniors(P<0.05). Longitudinal study indicated the critical thinking dispositions of sophomores and juniors improved, and the leadership of juniors advanced compared with the survey results of one year ago(P<0.05). Conclusion It is imperative to improve blended learning, develop students’ comprehensive ability, and to cultivate nursing undergraduate talents needed by the society.
