摘要
激光数控技术准确度影响工业设计质量,提出基于激光数控技术的工业设计方法,以提高工业设计质量。激光数控技术依托激光数控系统实现工业设计,激光数控系统拓扑结构中工控机掌握加工信息向数控机下达控制命令;激光数控技术通过导入工业设计CAD数据、数控路径选取与优化、碰撞检测、数控模拟等步骤实现工业设计离线自动编程;基于上述编程控制激光数控系统的步进电机,构建步进电机加减速控制模型,控制激光数控加工主轴转动状态与步进电机转轴速度。实验结果说明:采用激光数控技术完成工业设计过程中,所提方法自动离线编程准确度高达100%,控制步进电机误差较小,是一种高精确度的工业设计方法。
The accuracy of laser numerical control technology affects the quality of industrial design. A new method of application of laser numerical control technology in industrial design is proposed to improve the quality of industrial design. Laser numerical control technology relies on laser numerical control system to realize industrial design. In the topological structure of laser numerical control system,industrial computer grasps the processing information and sends control commands to numerical control machine. Laser numerical control technology realizes off -line automatic pro- gramming of industrial design by inputting CAD data of industrial design,selecting and optimizing NC path,collision detection,numerical control simulation and so on. The stepper motor of the control system is constructed,and the ac- celeration and deceleration control model of the stepper motor is built to control the spindle rotation state and the speed of the stepper motor. The experimental results show that in the process of industrial design by using laser numerical control technology,the accuracy of automatic off-line programming is up to 100%,and the error of stepping motor control is small,which is a kind of industrial design method with high accuracy.
