水激光对牙本质预处理在龋病治疗中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨Er,Cr:YSGG水激光在龋病治疗中提升牙本质的粘接效能。方法:选取69例患有牙齿龋坏的自愿患者,共计160颗龋齿准备用树脂充填修复,纳入对象采取随机分组,分为激光组、对照组各80颗龋齿。激光组先涡轮手机去腐、备洞、再用水激光预处理牙本质界面,最后用3M ESPE光固化树脂充填修复;对照组采用涡轮手机备洞、自酸蚀粘接剂处理牙本质粘接界面、再用相同树脂充填修复窩洞。观察充填术后3 m、6 m疗效。结果:术后3 m,激光组有效率率98. 7%、对照组96. 9%,P>0. 05,无显著统计学差异;术后6 m,激光组治疗有效率95. 3%、对照组90. 4%,P<0. 05,统计学差异显著。结论:相对于对照组粘接技术,水激光在龋病治疗中能有效提高牙本质树脂粘接的效果,且远期效果好。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the Er,Cr: YSGG laser on dentin bonding in dental carious treat- ment. Methods: 69 patients are selected whose dental carious teeth are 160 in total and are prepared to be rehabilitate by resin filling. 80 teeth in each group stochasticly divided into laser group and control group. In the laser group,the dentin interface is decomposed,pretreated with Er,Cr: YSGG laser,and then rehabilitate with 3M ESPE optical resin. In the control group,the dentin interface is pretreated with turbo and self-etch,and then rehabilitate with the same resin. After the treatment of 3 months and 6 months are observed. Results: 3 months after treatment,the laser group stabilization is about 98. 7%,and that of the control group is about 96. 9%,P>0. 05;6 month after treatment,the la- ser group stabilization is about 95. 3%,and that of the control group is about 90. 4%,P<0. 05. Conclusion: Compared with the conventional self-etch bonding technology,Er,Cr: YSGG laser can improve the performance of dentin resin bonding in the treatment of dental carious.
