摘要
利用交通客运班次、物流货运、企业股东联系及百度搜索指数4类互联网数据,通过计算城市两两之间的关联强度及城市节点的流要素集散能力,对淮海经济区的网络格局进行了研究并提出政策建议。分析结果表明:1.基于综合流要素的城市关联网络在淮海经济区的东部已经初步形成,而区域西部的城市之间联系较为薄弱,未成体系。2.淮海经济区单极化发展态势明显,而徐州作为唯一的中心城市,对其他城市的辐射带动作用有限。3.区域东部形成了空间范围基本与徐州都市圈一致的经济协作区,区域的南部与北部则缺乏经济协作区。最终,为促进区域协同发展,提出了强化区域交通协同、放大徐州龙头作用、培育区域新增长极的3个建议。本研究为信息化背景下的区域空间结构测度与重构提供了新的研究思路。
The paper uses multi-source internet data,including traffic data,shipments data,relational data built by shared firm shareholders,to analyze the network characteristics of Huaihai economic zone.The analyze results show:1.The network based on comprehensive flows has initially shaped in east Huaihai,but cities located in west Huaihai enjoy comparatively weak connections,which leads to the lack of "flow networks".2.Huaihai zone currently has evident single-polar development trend.However,as the only central city,Xuzhou’s radiation ability is quite limited.3.An economy coordination region has shaped in east Huaihai,and this region’s spatial scale is very similar to that of Xuzhou Metropolitan Area.Currently,the north and south of the zone lack economic coordination zone.Finally,to boost regional integrated development,the author proposes three suggestions,including strengthen traffic integrated development,improve the core role of Xuzhou,and nurture new growth poles in the region.This article provides a new research way to analyze regional spatial structure in information age.
