黄连温胆汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃部疾病的Meta分析

Meta analysis of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of HP related gastric diseases

目的了解黄连温胆汤根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃部疾病的疗效情况并对相关论文做出评价。方法计算机检索维普中文期刊数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、PubMed中运用黄连温胆汤治疗HP感染相关性胃部疾病的文献。检索时限为2010年1月至2019年4月。对符合纳入标准的文献资料,采用改良后的Jadad评分量表进行评分,采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.3软件进行Meta亚组分析。结果黄连温胆汤治疗HP相关性胃部疾病与三联或四联疗法方案比较,总有效率差异有统计学意义(OR=4.42,95%CI3.08~6.35,Z=8.03),HP根除率差异有统计学意义(OR=2.25,95%CI1.64~3.09,Z=5.04)。结论纳入的随机对照试验的方法学质量较低。黄连温胆汤能有效治疗HP相关性胃部疾病,且比单纯运用西药效果更佳。

Objective To analyze the effect and literatures on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection-related gastric diseases with Huanglian Wendan Decoction.Methods The literatures that met the inclusion criteria were scored using the improved Jadad scale,and the Meta subgroup analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results The total effective rate and HP eradication rate of Huanglian Wenndan Decoction in the treatment of HP-related gastric diseases compared with the triple or quadruple therapy were statistically significant.(OR=4.42,95%CI 3.08~6.34,Z=8.03).The difference in hp eradication rate was statistically significant(OR=2.25,95%CI 1.64~3.09,Z=5.04).Conclusion The methodological quality of the randomized controlled trials included was low.Huanglian Wendan Decoction could effectively treat HP-related gastric diseases and is superior to western medicine alone.
