摘要
《儒林外史》是一部具有丰富文化内涵的中国古典名著,其中包含丰富的饮食文化描写。杨译本《儒林外史》在翻译中华饮食文化时,采用直译为主、意译为辅的翻译方法,总体实现了文化传播的作用。如何有效地传播中华饮食文化,让这一中华优秀传统文化走向世界,既应该成为译者关注的重点,也是新时代文学翻译工作者的使命。
" The History of Confucian Scholars" is a classic Chinese classic with rich cultural connotations,which contains rich descriptions of food culture.In the translation of Chinese food culture,Yang's translation of " The Scholars" used a translation method based on direct translation and translation as a supplement,and achieved the role of cultural communication in general.How to effectively spread the Chinese food culture and let this Chinese excellent traditional culture go to the world should become the focus of the translator and the mission of the literary translators in the new era.
