摘要
班主任在开展社会主义核心价值观教育过程中,应从显性德育(包括直接道德教学、间接道德教育)和隐性德育两大内容维度切入,将二者有效结合。在显性德育中,不仅要紧抓内含于直接道德教学中的国家德育课程和地校德育课程这一主导渠道,而且还要重点加强内含于间接道德教育中的学科德育和班团队活动这一核心载体。在隐性德育中,班级文化是班主任开展社会主义核心价值观教育的必要依托,应充分关注班级物质文化、班级制度文化、班级精神文化、班级行为文化等方面。
In the process of socialist core values education,class directors should start from the dimensions of dominant moral education(including direct moral education,indirect moral education)and recessive moral education,and combine the two effectively.First,equal importance should be attached to national and local moral education curricula.Second,classroom teaching and campus activities should be reinforced.Third,recessive moral education should be taken as an important means by which socialist core values education is carried out,focusing on physical,institutional,spiritual and behavioral components of class culture.
