优质护理干预在磁性药物靶向治疗肿瘤疾病中的临床护理价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨优质护理干预在磁性药物靶向治疗肿瘤疾病中的临床护理价值.方法72例接受磁性药物靶向治疗同时留存有完整治疗与护理干预信息的肿瘤疾病患者,采用随机抛掷硬币方法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施优质护理干预.比较两组患者治疗期间并发症发生情况以及护理满意度情况.结果观察组治疗期间并发症发生率为5.6%(2/36),显著低于的22.2%(8/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的护理满意度为88.9%(32/36),显著高于对照组的69.4%(25/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在肿瘤疾病的磁性药物靶向治疗中引入优质护理干预措施,能够降低治疗期间并发症发生率,并提升患者的护理满意度. Objective To discuss the clinical nursing value of high-quality nursing intervention in magnetic drug targeting therapy for tumor diseases.Methods A total of 72 tumor patients receiving magnetic drug targeting therapy while retaining complete information on treatment and nursing intervention were divided by coin-tossing method into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The occurrence of complications during treatment and degree of satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications during treatment was 5.6%(2/36)in the observation group,and that was significantly lower than 22.2%(8/36)in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing was 88.9%(32/36)in the observation group,and that was significantly higher than 69.4%(25/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing high-quality nursing intervention into magnetic drug targeted therapy for tumor diseases can reduce the incidence of complications during treatment and improve patients’nursing satisfaction.
