延续性护理对产妇产后6个月内纯母乳喂养的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of continuous nursing on exclusive breastfeeding within 6 months after delivery

目的探讨延续性护理干预对产妇产后6个月内纯母乳喂养的影响.方法280例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各140例.对照组患者仅进行住院期间的护理,观察组患者给予延续性护理干预.比较两组产妇产后1、3及6个月的纯母乳喂养情况;出院前、产后6个月Latches、EPDS评分.结果观察组产妇产后1、3、6个月纯母乳喂养率分别为91.43%、86.43%、71.43%,均显著高于对照组的67.86%、65.71%、37.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).出院前,两组产妇Latches、EPDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后6个月,观察组产妇Latches评分(35.59±3.25)分显著高于对照组的(32.40±3.23)分,EPDS评分(9.65±1.25)分显著低于对照组的(11.40±1.30)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产妇产后6个月内接受延续性护理干预可显著提高纯母乳喂养率,缓解产后情绪,值得临床大力推广使用.

Objective To discuss the effect of continuous nursing on exclusive breastfeeding within 6 months after delivery.Methods A total of 280 maternal women were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 140 cases in each group.Comparison was made on exclusive breastfeeding status at 1,3 and 6 months after delivery,Latches and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score before discharge and 6 months after delivery between the two groups.Results The exclusive breastfeeding rate at 1,3 and 6 months after delivery were 91.43%,86.43%and 71.43%in the observation group,and those were significantly higher than 67.86%,65.71%and 37.14%in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,there was no statistically significant difference in Latches and EPDS score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months after discharge,the Latches score(35.59±3.25)points in the observation group was significantly higher than(32.40±3.23)points in the control group,and EPDS score(9.65±1.25)in the observation group was significantly lower than(11.40±1.30)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention within 6 months after delivery can significantly improve exclusive breastfeeding rate and alleviate postpartum emotions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
