摘要
智能制造的发展需要与其匹配的端至端智能服务,其核心内容体现在面向智能制造的服务创新能力、信息系统服务、供应链服务三个方面。而在实践中它们却恰恰成为制约智能制造发展的短板。本文在深刻剖析智能制造所面临的服务问题的基础上,基于端至端对等服务理念,融合下一代供应链、区块链等先进技术,提出以构建全生命周期智能集成服务创新系统来解决困扰智能制造的服务问题,并给出了具体的建议及措施。
The development of intelligent manufacturing needs peer-to-peer intelligent services,the core content of which is embodied in the three aspects of service innovation capability oriented to intelligent manufacturing,information system service,supply chain management service.But in practice they have become the short board restricting the development of intelligent manufacturing.After the in-depth analysis of the service problems faced by intelligent manufacturing,based on the peer-to-peer service concept,the integration of the next generation supply chain and blockchain technologies,this paper proposes to build a whole-life cycle intelligent integrated service innovation system to solve the service problems that beset intelligent manufacturing,and gives some specific suggestions and measures.
