5种氮水平下类受体蛋白激酶(RLPKs)与黄瓜抗蚜性的关系

Relationship Between Receptor-Like Protein Kinase RLPKs and Resistance to Cucumber at Five Nitrogen Levels

摘要 为了研究不同氮水平对蚜虫繁殖的影响及其编码类受体蛋白激酶(receptor-like protein kinases,RLPKs)的3个相关抗蚜基因与氮水平的关系,在黄瓜栽培基质中添加不同浓度的氮溶液:0 mg/L(T1)、49 mg/L(T2)、98 mg/L(T3)、196 mg/L(T4)、392 mg/L(T5)、784 mg/L(T6),研究不同氮水平对黄瓜抗蚜品系“EP6392”接种蚜虫后的繁殖及三个编码RLPKs的基因(Csa3G144110,Csa4G624960,Csa7G067430)表达的影响。结果表明:在不影响植株正常生长条件下,黄瓜栽培基质中外源施加氮导致黄瓜单株蚜虫平均数显著上升。外源氮处理抑制了黄瓜编码类受体蛋白激酶(RLPKs)的相关抗蚜基因的表达(Csa3G144110,Csa4G624960,Csa7G067430)的表达。氮可能是通过影响黄瓜编码类受体蛋白激酶(RLPKs)的抗蚜关键基因的表达而实现对黄瓜抗蚜性的调控。本研究探明了在不同氮水平下,编码类受体蛋白激酶(RLPKs)的3个相关抗蚜基因的表达特性,为抗蚜机理的研究提供帮助。 In order t o study the effects of different nitrogen levels on aphid reproduction and the relationship between aphid resistance genes encoding receptor-like protein kinases and nitrogen levels.Different concentrations of nitrogen solution were added to cucumber culture medium:0 mg/L(T1),49 mg/L(T2),98 mg/L(T3),196 mg/L(T4),392 mg/L(T5),784 mg/L(T6).Effects of different nitrogen levels on the propagation of cucumber aphid resistant strain"EP6392"inoculated with aphids and the effect of three genes encoding RLPKs on gene(Csa3G144110,Csa4G624960,Csa7G067430)expression were observed.The results showed that the average number of aphids per plant of cucumber increase significantly due to the application of exogenous nitrogen in cucumber culture medium without affecting the normal growth of plants.Exogenous nitrogen treatment inhibits the expression of the related anti-gene(Csa3G144110,Csa4G624960 and Csa7G067430)of the receptor protein kinase(RLPKs)in the cucumber.Nitrogen may regulate the aphid resistance of cucumber by affecting the expression of the key genes of aphid resistance of cucumber coding receptor protein kinase(RLPKs).In this study,the expression characteristics of three related aphid resistant genes encoding receptor-like protein kinase(RLPKs)at different nitrogen levels were investigated,which provided help for the study of aphid resistance mechanism.
