摘要
红椿是重要的乡土用材树种,开展制浆性能研究对产业加工利用具有重要指导意义。以建立在江西萍乡和云南景谷9个不同年龄的圆盘为制浆材料,选取混合样品开展用碱量筛选,优化制浆工艺后,对不同林龄和地点的材料开展制浆性能对比研究。研究结果表明:随用碱量增加有效碱随之增加,粗渣得率随之降低,用碱量在16%~21%时卡伯值均在10~15之间,18%用碱量获得最高细浆得率和粗浆得率,19%用碱量的细浆得率最低。不同年龄间,制浆性能最好的为15年,其有效碱较少,细浆得率最高,粗渣得率较少,卡伯值满足工业漂白需求。各参试制浆性能相关性表明:年龄越大粗浆得率虽然增加,但增加的只是粗渣部分,细浆得率反而降低;用碱量、有效碱和卡伯值与粗渣得率和粗浆得率均呈极显著和显著负相关;粗浆得率与细浆得率、粗渣得率均呈极显著正相关,表明细浆或粗渣得率越高粗浆得率越高。本研究为开展红椿煮浆制浆提供参考。
Toona ciliate is an important local timber species.It is important to research on pulp for industry.Ninth age wood samples were collected from Jiangxi Pingxiang and Yunnan Jinggu.Mixture samples were used to select alkali charge and then different samples of age were use to analyse pulp performance.The results indicated that:the increased alkali charge could increase residual alkali and decrease the coarse slag yield.When the alkali charge changed from 16%to 21%,the kappa number were from 10 to 15.18%alkali charge had highest pulp yield and 19%alkali charge had lowest pulp yield.15 age sample had best pulp performance,lower residual alkali,lower coarse slag yield and good industrial value.The correlation analysis indicated higher age wood samples always had higher coarse slag yield but lower fine pulp yield.The alkali charge,residual alkali and kappa number always had negative correlations with coarse pulp yield and coarse slag yield.The coarse pulp yield were high positive with fine pulp yield and coarse slag yield,indicated higher fine pulp yield and coarse slag yield could increase coarse pulp yield.The results made a good base for pulp of Toona ciliate.
