The pathogenicity of Trichoderma spp.and its control methods were studied by comparing the pathogenicity of two Trichoderma pathogens and the response to two biocontrol agents. The inhibiting effects of Trichoderma viride and T.harziamum on the different Lentinus edodes strains showed different, the effect of T.viride on the strain'9602'was the best. The inhibition effect of T.harzianum on the strain'L26'is the highest. The prevention and control results of biocontrol preparations on two kinds of Trichoderma showed that the control effects of Bacillus subtilis fungicide when the concentration is 0.01 g/mL on T.viride and T.harzianum were all good. The effect on the T.viride is 76%and the effect on the T.harziamun is 72%after cultured 48 h.The control effects of Paenibacillus polymyxa on T.viride and T.harzianum were difference, the effects when the concentration is 0.001 g/mL on T.viride is 75%,higher than the T.harzianum(38%).In summary,Trichoderma strains had strong pathogenicity on mushroom strains even though different Trichoderma strains have different pathogenicity on different strains of Lentinus edodes, two biocontrol agents have excellent control effects on different Trichoderma strains, which would provide thoery basis for the edible mushroom disease biological control.
