向日葵种质资源遗传多样性分析主要研究进展

Research Progress on Genetic Diversity of Sunflower Germplasm Resources

作物种质资源是作物新品种选育的基础材料,种质资源多样性包括了物种多样性和遗传多样性,而遗传多样性又是生物多样性的核心。作物种质资源遗传多样性的研究主要从植物的表型多样性、细胞多样性、生化多样性以及分子水平多样性4个方面来进行。向日葵属于四大油料作物之一,同时也是重要的景观植物,在中国分布着非常丰富的种质资源。本研究对向日葵种质资源以上4个方面的遗传多样性进行了综述,并根据向日葵种质资源研究的现状,提出了向日葵在种质资源研究中存在的主要问题,以期为向日葵资源的进一步研究利用及新品种选育提供有益的参考价值。

Crop germplasm resources are the basic materials for new crop varieties breeding.Germplasm resources diversity includes species diversity and genetic diversity,and genetic diversity is the core of biodiversity.Genetic diversity of resources is mainly studied from four aspects:plant phenotypic diversity,cell diversity,biochemical diversity and molecular diversity.Sunflower is one of the four major oil crops,and it is also an important landscape plant.There are abundant germplasm resources in China.In this paper,the genetic diversity of sunflower germplasm resources at these four levels was reviewed.According to the current situation of sunflower resources research,the existing problems in sunflower resources research were put forward,which could provide a reference for further study on sunflower resources and breeding new varieties.
