孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者50例,随机分为对照组与研究组各25例,对照组常规治疗同时给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组再给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组肺功能指标及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组FEV1与FEV1/FVC均较治疗前明显增加,且均高于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:应用孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘进行辅助治疗,显著改善肺功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods: fifty patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide atomization inhalation at the same time, and the patients in the study group were treated with montelukast sodium. Results: after treatment, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and both were higher than those in the control group, and the therapeutic effect was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: the effect of montelukast sodium on the treatment of montelukast was compared with that of montelukast sodium. Cough variant asthma was treated with auxiliary treatment to significantly improve lung function and clinical efficacy.
