盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊与盐酸特拉唑嗪片治疗良性前列腺增生症的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness an alysis of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule and terrazosin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探讨比较盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules)与盐酸特拉唑嗪片(Terazosin Hydrochloride Tablets)治疗良性前列腺增生症(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH)的成本-效果分析。方法:随机选择2017年2月~2018年6月在我院门诊就诊并愿意接受治疗随访的中重度良性前列腺增生症患者120例,随机分为A、B两组,A组给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊口服,B组给予盐酸特拉唑嗪片口服。运用药物经济学方法进行评价分析。结果:A、B两组有效率分别为91.67%、88.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B两组效果-成本分别为3.02元与1.40元。结论:两药治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效相当,A组的成本-效果优于B组。

Objective:To investigate cost-effectiveness analysis of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule and terrazosin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods:We randomly selected 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia which needed reatment during February2017 and June 2018, and randomly divide them into group A and group B with 60 each. The patients in group A were given tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule orally, and the patients in group B were given terrazosin hydrochloride tablets orally. The evaluation and analysis were carried out with the method of pharmacoeconomics. Results:The effective rate of patients in group A and group B respectively was 91.67% and 88.33%, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The effect-cost of patients in group A and group B was 3.02 yuan and 1.40 yuan respectively. Conclusion:The two drugs have similar clinical efficacy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, and the cost-effectiveness of terazosin hydrochloride tablets is better than that of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule.
