Practice of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring in Our Hospital

目的:总结我院开展药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的实践经验,探讨加强ADR监测工作的做法。方法:通过健全组织机构、完善规章制度、加强宣传培训、做好报表审核、建立信息反馈、借力警戒系统等,逐步完善ADR监测与报告体系。结果:近年ADR报告数量和质量明显提高,工作成效显著,逐渐形成监测工作长效机制,中西药药品安全监测力度加大。结论:我院建立并完善ADR报告与监测体系,ADR监测工作有效开展,可为医疗机构开展此项工作提供参考。

Objective: To summarize the practice of adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring in a hospital, and to discuss the improvement measures about ADR monitoring work. Methods: ADR monitoring and reporting system in the hosptial was improved gradually by establishing monitoring organizational structure, perfecting the rules and regulations, increasing the intensity of training, examining ADR reports strictly, constructing ADR information feedback mechanism,taking advantage of China Hospital Pharmacovigilance system(CHPS),etc. Results: By taking all kinds of measures, the quantity and quality of ADR reports were improved significantly, and the long-effect mechanism of monitoring work was realized, the intensity of drug safety monitoring was strengthened. Conclusion: ADR monitoring work of the hospital has been enhanced effectively through establishing and improving ADR reporting and monitoring system, and the experience can be used for reference for medical institutions.
