基于处方审核的抗菌药物应用药学干预

Pharmacological intervention based on prescription review for antimicrobial drugs

目的:了解我院抗菌药物使用状况,通过处方审核实行药学干预,使抗菌药物临床应用管理逐渐规范,保障用药安全合理。方法:对我院2017年门诊处方调配中的抗生素处方进行药学干预,收集抗菌药物的品种、销售金额、不合理处方进行统计、分析。结果:通过药师的处方审核干预,2017年抗菌药物销售金额及不合理处方数明显下降。结论:我院抗菌药物应用基本合理,2017年通过抗菌药物整治AUD有了明显的下降,但仍需加强监督管理。

Objective:To understand the use of antibiotics in our hospital, and to implement pharmacy intervention through prescription review, so that the clinical application management of antibacterial drugs is gradually standardized, and the patient's medication is safe and reasonable. Methods:Pharmacological intervention was carried out on the prescriptions of antibiotics in the outpatient prescriptions of our hospital in 2017. The varieties, sales amount and unreasonable prescriptions of antibiotics were collected for statistics and analysis. Results:Through the prescription review intervention of the pharmacist, the sales amount of antibacterial drugs and the number of unreasonable prescriptions decreased significantly in 2017. Conclusion:The application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable. In 2017, there was a significant decline in the treatment of AUD through antibacterial drugs, but it still needs to continue to strengthen supervision and management.
