摘要
目的研究探讨精细化管理模式在药房质量管理中的应用效果。方法2018年1月-2019年1月从我院接受药房管理的患者中,随机选择了236例进行研究,平均分组后进行对比研究。结果观察组药房管理的整体质量评分均高于对照组,服务态度(95.04±0.27)分、工作效率(92.64±0.74)分、药品发放的及时性(93.07±1.55)分。观察组在药房管理期间,不良事件总计9例,所占比重为7.63%。各项结果与对照组比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式所体现出的效果十分显著,工作中出现的不良事件概率更低,患者的满意度也能得到极大地提升。
Objective To study and explore the application effect of fine management mode in pharmacy quality management. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,236 patients who received pharmacy nursing in our hospital were randomly selected for the study, and the results were compared after the average grouping. Results The overall quality score of pharmacy management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the service attitude was (95.04 ±0.27), the working efficiency was (92.64 ±0.74), and the timeliness of drug delivery was (93.07 ±1.55). During the period of pharmacy management, there were 9 cases of adverse events in the observation group, accounting for 7.63%.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect is very remarkable after the application of fine management mode in pharmacy quality, and the satisfaction of patients can be greatly improved.
