肛瘘伴混合痔应用手术治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Surgical Treatment for Anal Fistula With Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的分析治疗肛瘘伴混合痔应用手术治疗的效果。方法选择2014年10月-2018年10月我院收治的80例肛瘘合并混合痔患者为研究对象,依照受试者就诊顺序,将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组受试者接受单纯化肛瘘切除手术,观察组受试者接受肛瘘切除联合混合痔外剥内扎手术。分析两组受试者治疗效果、手术时间以及术中出血量情况。结果对照组受试者治疗总有效率为75.00%,观察组受试者治疗总有效率为95.00%。相较于对照组,观察组受试者治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组受试者术中出血量较少,手术时间较短(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯肛瘘切除手术,对于并重度混合痔患者来讲,开展肛瘘切除术联合混合式外剥内扎术进行治疗,能够取得更为显著的效果,因此值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment for anal fistula with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 80 patients with anal fistula complicated with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2018 were selected as study objects. According to the order of subjects' treatment, they were divided into 2 groups, each group had 40 cases. Subjects in the control group received simple anal fistula resection, while subjects in the observation group received anal fistula resection combined with external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids. The treatment effect, operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and 95.00% in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the treatment total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the intraoperative blood loss and operation time were lower in the observation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with simple anal fistula resection, for patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids, anal fistula resection combined with mixed external stripping and internal ligation can achieve more significant results, so it is worth further promotion.
