摘要
目的观察中药透药用于治疗慢性肾脏病患者腰腿酸痛的临床效果。方法选取福建省某三甲医院2017年11月-2018年1月收治的符合慢性肾脏病患者腰腿酸痛纳入标准的患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组采用降压、控制蛋白尿、纠正贫血、水电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱、低蛋白饮食等治疗。干预组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药透药仪(ABE-11型)选取左右两侧肾腧穴,运用六味地黄丸联合四君子汤进行中药透药治疗,每天一次,10天为一疗程,观察患者情况。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为63.3%,干预组患者的临床治疗总有效率为90.0%,两组患者治疗效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药透药治疗慢性肾脏病患者腰腿酸痛相较于常规治疗和护理更加具有显著疗效,因此值得在临床上进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional herbal medicine iontophoresis method on lumbar knee sour in patients with chronic renal disease. Methods 60 patients who met the criteria for the inclusion of lumbar knee sour in patients with chronic renal disease admitted to a triple-a hospital in Fujian province from November 2017 to January 2018. All patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group in 30 cases. The control group used conventional treatment such as low-protein diet therapy. On the basis of the control group, the intervention group use the Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis instrument (ABE- 11) to select the left and right renal acupoints and use Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with Sijunzi decoction for treatment. Once every day,10 days for a course of treatment. Observe the patient’s condition. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in control group was 63.3%, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in patients with intervention group was 90.0%. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of data. Conclusion It is more effective to relieve lumbar knee sour compared with conventional treatment and nursing in patients with chronic renal disease by using Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis method . Therefore, it is worth further promotion and use in clinic.
