摘要
目的探究GBS感染的围产期妇女机体免疫功能变化特点,为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法选取2017年1月-2018年9月就诊新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院35~37周100例健康体检孕妇和135例GBS感染者,检测其机体体液免疫功能情况,GBS感染通过细菌培养及VITEK-MS质谱仪进行鉴定,采用速率散色比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白和补体C3、C4的变化情况。结果135例GBS感染者围产期孕妇血清IgG(6.62±4.87)g/L含量明显低于健康对照组(13.52±5.73)g/L(t=9.99,P=0.00),而IgM、CRP、β2-MG含量分别为(3.06±0.43)g/L、(12.35±4.43)mg/L、(2.51±0.78)g/L高于健康对照组(0.95±0.35)g/L、(3.81±0.74)mg/L、(0.98±0.33)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.5,10.4,13.2,P=0.00,0.00,0.00);而两组间IgA、C3、C4、KAP、LAM、KAP/LAM无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论GBS感染能致使围产期孕妇体液免疫功能失衡,机体体液免疫功能降低,临床医生在诊治时对此应加以重视。
Objective To explore the changes of immune function of perinatal women with GBS infection, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 100 healthy pregnant women and 135 patients with GBS infection were treated in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital for 35 to 37 weeks. The body fluid immune function was detected. GBS infection was through bacterial culture and VITEKMS mass spectrometer was used to determine the changes of serum immunoglobulin and complement C3, C4 by rate-diffusion turbidimetry. Results The serum IgG (6.62±4.87) g/L content of 135 cases of perinatal women with GBS infection was significantly lower than that of healthy control group (13.52 ± 5.73) g/L (t =9.99, P =0.00), while IgM, CRP,β2-MG content were respectively The differences were statistically significant (3.06±0.43) g/L,(12.35±4.43) mg/L,(2.51±0.78) g/L higher than healthy controls (0.95±0.35) g/L,(3.81±0.74) mg/L,(0.98±0.33) g/L (t =11.5, 10.4, 13.2, P =0.00, 0.00, 0.00);there was no significant difference in IgA, C3, C4, KAP, LAM, and KAP/LAM between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion GBS infection can cause imbalance of immune function in perinatal women's body fluids, and the body's humoral immunity is reduced. Clinicians should pay attention to this when they are diagnosed and treated.
