育龄妇女重复人工流产状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation of repeated induced abortion of women in childbearing age and its influencing factors

目的:分析育龄妇女重复人工流产现状、影响因素及最近一次分娩或流产后避孕情况,探讨降低重复人工流产率的政策和措施。方法:应用2017年全国生育状况抽样调查数据,选取调查前60个月内即2012年7月以来有妊娠经历的育龄妇女作为研究对象,采用多因素logistic回归分析。结果:育龄妇女重复人工流产率为31.3%,年龄大、受教育程度低、未婚同居、非农就业、西部地区育龄妇女是重复人工流产的高风险人群,最近1次分娩或流产后使用避孕措施者仅占76.6%,其中59.2%采用短效避孕措施。结论:育龄妇女重复人工流产率高,应重视育龄妇女的避孕节育工作,关注重点人群,做好流产后关爱工作。

Objective: To explore policies and measures to reduce the rate of repeated induced abortion by analyzed the current situation of repeated induced abortion and its influencing factors of women in childbearing age, and their contraceptive services received after the most recent delivery/abortion. Methods: The national sample survey data of fertility status in 2017 were used for analysis. Women in childbearing age who had been pregnant since July 2012 were selected as the research objects. Chi-square Test and Multivariate Logistic Regression were used in this study. Results: The rate of repeated induced abortion of women in childbearing age was 31.3%. Older, less educated, unmarried cohabitation, non-agricultural employment, and women from western China were the high risk factors of repeated induced abortion. Only 76.6% of them used contraceptives after the last delivery/abortion, of which 59.2% had used short-effect contraceptives. Conclusion: The repeated abortion rate of women in childbearing age is high, so the contraceptive service for women in childbearing age should be paid attention to, the key population should be focused on, and post abortion care should be done well.
