摘要
目的:脂肪组织不仅具有能量储存、保暖等功能,作为人体最大的内分泌器官,还可以通过分泌瘦素、脂联素等多种脂肪因子、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)等黏附分子及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等参与人体免疫、炎症、脂类代谢、血管生成等。Chemerin是近年来新发现的一种脂肪因子,其可在多种器官及组织中表达,与多种疾病存在相关性。研究发现,Chemerin可参与如妊娠期高血压疾病,妊娠期糖尿病,妊娠合并心脏病、脂肪肝、胰腺炎,甲状腺疾病等产科多种高危妊娠疾病,以及胎儿生长受限,自然流产的发生、发展。本文就脂肪因子Chemerin与产科高危妊娠疾病的相关性作一综述。
Adipose tissue not only has functions of energy storage and heat preservation, but also is the largest endocrine organ of human body, which involves in the human body immunity, inflammation, lipid metabolism, angiogenesis by the secretion of leptin, adiponectin and other fat factor, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) such as adhesion molecules, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and angiogenesis factor. However, Chemerin is a recently discovered adipokines, which can be expressed in many organs and tissues, and it is associated with a variety of diseases. Some studies have found that Chemerin can participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of high-risk pregnancy diseases of pregnant women, such as gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, gestational heart disease, gestational fatty liver disease, gestational pancreatitis, gestational thyroid disease, gestational fetal growth restriction, and spontaneous abortion. The relationship between adipokines Chemerin and high-risk pregnant diseases is reviewed in this study.
