中国人群脑卒中危险因素的系统评价

Systematic evaluation of stroke risk factors in Chinese population

目的采用meta分析的方法评价中国人群脑卒中的影响因素。方法选取2008-2018年在国内期刊发表的有关脑卒中影响因素研究的相关文献进行meta分析,从而最终探究中国人群脑卒中发生具有显著影响的因素,主要针对的研究指标为不同血压等级、血糖水平、血脂水平等。结果共纳入文献9篇。总胆固醇大于或等于6.00mmol/L、三酰甘油大于或等于2.00mmol/L、血糖大于6.00mmol/L,以及收缩压大于或等于150、140~<150mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)是中国人群脑卒中的危险因素(优势比大于1);但血糖大于6.00mmol/L、收缩压140~<150mmHg的检验结果稳定性相对较差。结论人体血压等级、血糖水平、血脂水平超出一定限度后均会导致脑卒中发病的升高,需在日常生活中加以注意。

Objective To evaluate the influencing factors of stroke in Chinese population by adopting the meta analysis method. Methods The literatures on the influencing factors of stroke published in the domestic journals during 2008-2018 were selected to conduct the meta analysis.Thus the factors with significant influence in the stroke occurrence among the Chinese population were investigated and the main targeted study indexes were different blood pressure grades,blood glucose level,and blood lipid level,etc. Results Nine articles were included.TC ≥ 6.00 mmol/L,TG ≥ 2.00 mmol/L,blood glucose > 6.0 mmol/L,systolic pressure≥150 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),140-<150 mm Hg were the risk factors of stroke in Chinese population[odds ratio( OR )>1].But the detection results of blood sugar >6.00 mmol/L and systolic pressure 140-<150 mm Hg had relative poor stability. Conclusion The blood pressure grade,blood glucose level,and blood lipid level exceeding the certain limitation may cause the increase of stroke onset,which needs to pay attention to in the daily life.
