多晶高效PERCT电池工艺研究

摘要 文章主要对高效PERRCT电池关键工序进行研究,针对每个工序的重要工艺点进行分析,找出合理的效率提升方向,经过反复测试验证,确定了最优的工艺参数,效率综合提升了0.2%。 This paper mainly studied the key process of high-efficiency PERRCT cell, by analyzing the important process points of each process and repeated testing, found the reasonable improvement direction of efficiency, and confirmed the optimal process parameters, and finally the cell efficiency was improved by 0.2%.
